  • Private King Suite with adjustable base, Smart TV, blackout shades, and dedicated workspace

  • Optional second room setup (Room B) for added flexibility or office use

Guests have exclusive access to a full hallway bathroom upstairs, plus a half bath downstairs.

Shared spaces include:
Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, in-home laundry, and a private deck overlooking Temescal Creek.

You’ll be sharing the home with a professional, respectful homeowner aligned with mid-term stays.

Community Amenities:
Gated access, pool, spa, BBQ areas, and green spaces to unwind after work.
